  • Is it possible to modify the order I just placed?

  • I chose the wrong size. Can I change it?

To make sure you choose the right size, make sure to measure yourself correctly (follow the instructions in this video). Contact us at support@owogame.com. if you have any questions. You can change the size before the manufacturing process starts.

  • Can I change my address?

Sure. Contact us at support@owogame.com and provide us your updated address. You can change the address before the shipping process starts.

  • Can I change my phone number or contact information?

Sure. Contact us at order@owogame.com and provide us your updated information.

  • I can’t find my preferred language or currency.

The website is currently available in 2 languages: English and Spanish. You can make your selection by clicking at the top right of the screen.

All prices are in Euros (€). However, it is possible that the website will automatically detect the buyer’s country and display the local currency. If no change is made, payments will be made in Euros.

  • What should I do if I need help placing my order?

Contact our Customer Service by email support@owogame.com, and we will be pleased to help you.

  • I just finished placing my order but have yet not received the summary of my purchase.

It may take a few minutes for your order summary to be sent after the order is finalized. We recommend you check the “Spam” folder in your email account.

If you do not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service team so an immediate solution can be found for the problem.

  • When will I receive my digital copy of the game?

The digital copy of the game will be included inside the box of the OWO Kit. This applies to the OWO Assassin’s Creed Mirage Edition and The Crew Motorfest Edition. 

  • Who pays the duties, if any?

We have no control over any taxes or duties that may be levied on your order. Customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

  • Can I buy a spare OWO Skin?

This option is only available to users of the OWO Development Kit. We do not sell OWO Skins separately. 

  • I want to buy an OWO Development Kit. Can I purchase it directly from the website?

To acquire an OWO Development Kit, you need to fill out our contact form in our website: https://owogame.com/owo-for-developers/

Please note that applying for the devkit on this form does not ensure the purchase, as all applications must first be approved by OWO.
