Delivery times depend on the country to which orders are shipped. OWO will manufacture products on a first-come, first-served basis. As a general rule, the delivery period starts from the moment you receive the sending confirmation by email with your tracking number and can take from 4 to 10 days. We’ll send you an email giving the shipping dates according to the order number.
The estimated shipping time for all our products is 10-12 days.
We currently do not ship to the following countries: Iran, Sudan, Russia, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda and Afghanistan. Delivery addresses located in the listed countries will be rejected at the time of ordering. You may send us an email to clarify.
Due to security issues, owogame.com will not process any order to a delivery address that is a mailing list or a PO box. All owogame.com packages are hand-delivered to the recipient, so it is not possible to deliver them to a mailbox.
Deliveries will be made by our shipping partners (UPS and GLS).
