  • I want to delete My OWO App account.

You can delete your own account on the My OWO app. Open the app, navigate to the settings, and click on “account.” You’ll see the option to “delete account” there. By following these steps, you’ll be able to delete your account successfully. To completely delete your data, please contact us by email at support@owogame.com

  • Can I connect directly to VR devices without using the app?

To connect the OWO Skin to the VR glasses, you must use the OWO app (whether mobile app or PC). Connecting to VR glasses directly is not possible, as these devices can’t be linked directly to the OWO Skin. The app will connect the game through the local network as long as the game is compatible.
