1.- Device doesn’t connect to app
If your device doesn’t show up during the scanning process, consider the following steps:
On PC:
- Make sure the Bluetooth is connected and enabled.
- You must link the device using My OWO app, not from the computer’s settings.
- On PC, the PIN is not necessary since the app manages it automatically.
On Android:
- Make sure your Android device has both location and Bluetooth enabled before commencing the scan.
- You must link the device using My OWO app, not from the smartphone’s settings.
- When linking the OWO Device for the first time, you must copy the PIN provided in My OWO and follow your smartphone’s OS instructions to pair the device using the PIN.
